Coach's corner

Dear Mustangs, 

As we get close to another season, I am filled with anticipation and excitement. This year marks our third journey together, and I have no doubt it will be our most unforgettable yet. But at this time I would first like to acknowledge my family. 

I want to express my deepest gratitude to my wife Jackie, my daughter Remi, and my son Shane. Your unwavering support and love has helped me in victory and defeat. Thank you for standing by me through every triumph, every challenge, and every occasion. I am endlessly grateful for the sacrifices you make to support my passion for coaching the Mustangs! 

This year we will be competing in the new “Tango League”. This will be a great opportunity to showcase our talents in this new league. We are guaranteed to be in this league for the next two years and we are excited to compete for a league title for these upcoming seasons. Our goal is to compete in every game we play, win league, and get into the playoff. 

Finally, in my coaching philosophy, I am committed to developing the entire player. While winning games is important, my focus extends beyond the X's and O's. I believe in nurturing the academic success, personal well-being, and long-term goals of each student-athlete. It is my duty to guide them in finding a balance between their athletic goals, academic commitments, and personal lives. 

Together, the Mustangs are a force to be reckoned with. Together, we possess the power to conquer any challenge that comes our way.
